this is completely free service and you can design your template as you wish and can add some gadgets like blog archive which listed all your post according to the submitted day. you can add google search box to your blog and people will able to search in google from your blog and you can also add a blog search box where visitors able to search your blog.



2. Wordpress.com

is another famous blog making site among bloggers. Later you can even modify your blog to see like a webpage. Here also you can publish ads and can earn money.
Wordpress has lot of cool templets and you can even design it as you wish and also you can upload any templet to your blog.
